More accessible notes fields on Order page
Improvement | Orders | Requires support to activate: NO |
---|
All notes fields are now available directly on the order page. Before, these were reached via a button and then a pop up window. The button is now removed.
Choose which fields you want to make visible by clicking on the cog wheel for Settings. All fields from the old pop up window are still available, but some need to be activated.
The size of some note fields are now larger, to fit more information. Some designations are also changed to make it clearer what type of information the specific field is used for.
Link to customer from orderpage
Improvement | Orders | Requires support to activate: NO |
---|
A link to the customer information is now added to the order page: both in Create mode and Edit mode. Via this link you will now reach customer information directly, via a pop up window.
Total number of products in order summary
Improvement | Orders | Requires support to activate: NO |
---|
In the summary on each order you can now see the total number of products added to the order.
Add costs on purchase — split costs on all products
New feature | Purchase | Requires support to activate: NO |
---|
We now introduce a feature where you can add extra costs (purchase to warehouse) and split these on all products.
You can add one or many extra costs, and you can even add them in different currencies. All extra costs will be aggregated and converted to the same currency as the purchase. The cost will then be distributed down on each product. And when the products are received at warehouse, we will add the purchase cost of the product (as normal) + the added extra purchasing cost.
Example:
You purchase product (A) at a price of 100.
On this purchase you add an extra cost of 15 for inbound freight.
When receiving the purchased products, the calculated cost for the product is 115.
In the example you can see the interface for adding extra costs.
The cost can be distributed to each product based on weight or value.
Auto update sales prices based on product cost
New feature | Pricelist | Requires support to activate: NO |
---|
Price lists can now be updated automatically every night. You can base the price on the actual cost for the product, including the margin of your choice. Activate this functionality by marking that you want the price list to be auto updated.
Example:
The cost of a product in the list is 15. You add a margin of 25 % in the auto update price settings. Then the price on the product will automatically be changed to 18,75 (15 x 1,25).
Overall return code
New feature | Returnorders | Requires support to activate: NO |
---|
When creating a return order you can now add a return code to each row in just a few steps.
Before adding any rows to the return order, choose return code (from the return order header). When adding rows to the list, they will all get the same return code.
Extend Commerce WMS
Scan a GS1 barcode
New feature | Scanning | Requires support to activate: No |
---|

Example
This is an example of a GS1 barcode. It contains several informations. You can now search for the product based on the GTIN number in the barcode.
Filter orders to pick by warehouse area
New function | Picking | Requires support to activate: No |
---|

This will show only orders available for picking within that specific area.
