Enter choice of transport on customer card

You can now specify both transport service and additional service as a standard choice directly on the customer card, unless otherwise stated. This was previously administered by Extend Commerce support.

Invoice date editable in draft

When a new invoice is created, the draft, including the invoice date, is now editable until the invoice is sent. It is optional to activate this function (under Masterdata  —>  Finance  —>  Financial Settings).

OSS – extended report

You can now create a report with extended information to the Swedish Tax Agency for OSS (reporting of VAT according to the special arrangements). You will find it under “Reports”.

Joint credit for several customer numbers

Credit calculation no longer considers prepaid invoices.
You can also manage credit for several subsidiaries or delivery addresses as a single group. The function is activated automatically, but you need to enter group credit per customer.

Backend –> Customer –> Grunddata –> Enter the customer number of the "group" that will "own" the credit. Can also be uploaded via "Uploads" & "API".

Change priority on order lines when order is in review queue

Deliveries can now be planned better by prioritizing the balance to the right customer in order to be able to deliver at the right time. The update also means you can work more efficiently with order/transport planning.
This error message therefore no longer appears:

Deactivate the sending of order confirmation until the order has been reviewed

You can now choose to disable the order confirmation being sent immediately when the order is placed. This is especially useful if you want to be able to plan or manage your customer orders before the customer receives their confirmation.
The function is activated via our support.

Combined invoice for return orders

You can now create a combined credit invoice for returns. This means that if invoicing settings are set to collective invoice and you have returns, a collective invoice for the returns will be created if there are several returns that have not been invoiced.
You can also create a return/complaint if the order is physically expected again - this part may require an activation of support. The return reason code can be entered if it is a physically expected return.

Previously, the invoice was created for each return.

Main filter for group/product owner

You can now set a Group/Product owner as standard/default for each user of the system in the search function. You can also set who or which users can see the information.
The update makes it easier for you to run several companies in parallel and connect specific people to the respective "company".
The function is activated for all users. Admin with user rights can set restrictions and standard/default value.

See product balance via the warehouse view

Stock balance is now collected in one place and is thus more easily accessible. The function is activated automatically. Only WMS admin sees Warehouse in the menu.
WMS home page –> Warehouse location –> Find warehouse location –> At the bottom of the page is a new interface:

Shipping address as an optional column

You can now sort columns by address to, for example, see orders with the same delivery addresses faster. The feature is available to everyone in WMS. Click on "Columns" and activate ”Address”.

Print multiple labels at once

You can now print multiple label copies at the same time, compared to before when only one label could be printed at a time. The function is activated for everyone and enables more efficient printing.

Delete assigned order

You can now remove an assigned order from a user in the pick in WMS. The update provides more efficient picking and easier work with assigned orders per user. The function is activated for everyone.
