Calculate contribution margin - add or reduce costs for purchases

To calculate the correct contribution margin you can already add extra costs to a specific purchase. Now, you can also reduce the cost of a purchase and define a lower cost to make the calculation. The cost can be distributed by weight or product.

The "Shipping Regions" page updated

We continue our work to replace old webform pages with more modern MVC technology. In this release, the "Shipping Regions" page under "Basic Data" will change. No functional change has been made.
