Added review reason notes to the order

You can now see the notes of the review reason directly in the header on order detail page.

This field is not visible by default and you need to enable it under Settings (the cog wheel) for order information.

New webhook: Order invoiced

We have added a new webhook to notify the system that the order is invoiced.

Dynamic accounting parameter

From the 9.8 version you can add a more dynamic parameter for the accounting rules. In the field “Accounting code” you can use your own preferred code (both numbers and text will work), for products sold at a fair or to a specific target group. 

The field is not visible by default. Enable it under Settings on the order header.

Requested batch

In the order booking system you can now specify if you want products from the same batch. Just click the button to see the list of available batches on Warehouse (depending on which Warehouse you are using), and choose which batch you want.

Suggested picking location class

The feature for suggested picking locations is now improved. By adding a preferred location class (based on weight, volume, priority, etc) on each product you can easily find the most suitable picking location.

Here’s an example of how the new setting for preferred locations will appear:

The suggested location for picking will filter automatically and only locations with a suitable class will show by default.

The suggested location is optional. You can remove the filter and choose any location.

More efficient picking — with Aggregated picking

With the new feature Aggregated Pick feature, you can pick products from several orders at the same time — and work even more efficiently. If you are familiar with Multiple Picking, you know that orders are picked simultaneously and row by row. Each order also comes with its own packaging and separate compartments. This means a lot of picking, a lot of sorting and a lot of packaging.

By using our new feature aggregated picking, you can instead pick all products of each type, for all orders at the same time — and then pack them in the right packaging/compartment.

Aggregate picking is a particularly effective method three situations; when you have to pick several orders for the same customer, when you have a special place in the premises for packaging or when you want extra control that the right products have been picked.
