Updated interface

We are continuing the work of redesigning all our pages to a new interface. The page “Currency Exchange Rates” is now updated but has the same functionality as before.

Managing excise duty rates for chemicals

(Swedish users only!)
Excise duty rates on chemicals can now be calculated and handled similarly to alcohol. A fixed duty type/excise duty type is specified for each article. You can then export a complete report for the Swedish Tax Agency. Note that the function only applies to Sweden.
 
The feature is available to all users, however you may contact the Extend Commerce Support to set up the feature.

Easier credit checks

The handling of credit checks on customers has now been refined. Previously, a new order was automatically stopped if the customer had an overdue invoice or exceeded the credit limit. You can now make your own settings:

– Set a preferred number of days when overdue invoices will not stop orders automatically
– Deactivate the credit check on individual customers (both overdue invoice and credit level).

If the feature is activated, you can manage this yourself.

You can also set a tolerance level on the number of days an invoice must be overdue without new orders being stopped:

Easier uploading and handling of price lists

You can now choose to upload – and display – price lists excluding and/or including VAT. Previously, prices were shown only excluding VAT. The update also makes it easier to calculate VAT automatically and manage several price lists.

The upload file for price lists now follows the same design+logic as other upload files. You will find it in the same place as the other upload files.

The update will apply if you have access to Basic data —> Uploads.

Support for booking to Budbee

Budbee can now be booked directly via Extend Commerce WMS (TA-Native). The cost per shipment is only 0.5 SEK and the solution supports delivery point, label and booking.
