9.9.0.0., September 2022

Below you will find information regarding what the release included for September 2022. Release: 9.9.0.0

 Extend Commerce BACKEND

Clearer time interval when searching by date

ImprovementOrderRequires support to activate: NO

We have now made the time intervals when searching for dates clearer and more uniform. In all places in  Extend Commerce BACKEND where date search is possible, the result is now also displayed with both date and time. If you search for a specific date, data from 00:00 to 23:59 will be displayed. It also means that you can enter the time of day in your search if you want an even more precise result.

API: report for invoice

ImprovementOrderRequires support to activate: NO

We continuously build opportunities to export data for BI analyses. A new API is added and you can now extract invoice information from the  Extend Commerce BACKEND and upload as an addition to other sales information. Among several other things, this enables analysis of lead times for payments.

 Extend Commerce WMS

Upcoming update: by BoM — Bill of Materials

ImprovementOrder/WMSRequires support to activate: NO

We want to take the opportunity to inform you that the next release (9.10 / October 2022) will include a major update of the BoM (Bill of Material).

The adjustment includes the following:
– A BoM (product structure) is kept together all the way, and it is not released for picking unless all items are in stock and available for picking.
– You can break a BoM manually by sending down one or more sub-products through the order line search. Select the article(s) and release to pick. The rest of the BoM will still hold together.
– If you cancel part of the BoM from the WMS, it will no longer be one unit but instead needs to be handled manually in separate parts.
– If you cancel the entire BoM from the WMS, it will be handled as one unit.

Contact us if you want to test this function before the next update. We will then guide you through it. You can also contact us if you absolutely do not want this functionality in the future.
