We continue our work with updating our interface. Now, three new pages are launched: “Warehouse Coverage”, “Search Offer”, and “Account Registry”. These all have new design, but the functionality is the same as before.
Turn off automatic emails for specific customers

You can now turn off automatic emails (order confirmations, order updates and delivery updates, etc.) to e.g. drop-shipment customers.
The update provides better control over which automatic emails that are sent to which customers. Previously, the fields for email addresses had to be left blank, which meant that the logistics partners had no contact information for notification of the delivery.
If you have access to “Customers” —> “Basic Data” you can activate this feature.

Dynamic customer shipping cost

You can now set a fixed percentage markup on your own shipping cost to the end customer. For example, if your shipping costs are SEK 100, 25% can be added on top of this, which makes the shipping cost for the end customer SEK 125. The function is updated via the Nshift API. Additional logic is described in the manual.
If you have access to ”Sales” —> ”Shipping Price List” you can activate the function (connection to Nshift is required). To activate this function, please contact the Extend Commerce Support for guidance.
