Highlights
Extend Commerce BACKEND
Payment types and Fortnox
New feature | Invoice / Fortnox | Requires support to activate: NO |
---|
It is now possible to determine which payment types should be handled as cash invoice (cashpayment) and which types to be handled as regular invoices (invoice) in Fortnox. This is specified in the external system connection between Extend Commerce Backend and Fortnox. Expand the panel and check those payment options to be handled as cash payment. Those invoice types not check are handled as regular invoices.
As default, payment types except for Invoice are checked to be handled as cash payment.
Current month visible in graph "Invoiced and forecast"
Improvement | General | Requires support to activate: NO |
---|
Last month we adjusted the trendline of the graph "Invoiced and forecast" to a simple moving average where the current month's value did not affect the new trendline. This change caused the current month to be hidden in the graph. We have now made the current month visible. The trendline is still not affected by the ongoing month's value.
Edit variant types and values
Improvement | Masterdata | Requires support to activate: NO |
---|
You can now edit variant types and values in the user interface after variants have been created. Click on the pen of the variant type or the variant value to change the name and press Save.
Extend Commerce WMS
Multipicking
Improvement | Picking | Requires support to activate: NO |
---|
You can now pick multiple orders simultaneously by using multipicking. This is done by first defining which orders to be picked together by using "Fund other orders". Users can then be assigned those orders, or you can leave it open for all to pick.
Users can then go into "Assigned orders" to see which orders to multipick and start picking. The system will guide the user to which location to pick which you need to confirm. Thereafter the system will show how many products to pick and to which of the orders the product belongs to. User contiues this process untill all products are picked for all orders, then lastly acknowledge and book transport.
The process can be summed up into four parts:
- Select which orders to be picked simultaneously (Find other orders)
- Go to assigned orders and select an multipicking order and start picking (Assigned orders)
- Pick the orders
- Acknowledge and book transport
Read more about how to use multipicking under Multipicking.

Improved searchability for inventory counting
Improvement | Inventory Count | Requires support to activate: NO |
---|
The searchability when performing inventory counting has been improved. On the page to perform the counting, we have adjusted the look and feel, as well as added a few functions:
Filters
In the image above, (1) and (2), we have added the option to filter all rows to be counted. In the field (2) you can search free text search. In the example in the image, ”A” has been used to filter. The result then shows all inventory counts including the letter A. You can see the name of the inventory count in the table (3).
This makes it easier to have multiple counts ongoing and still easily find specific ones to count.
We have also added a new deign on the inventory result. Previously the result was based on location, but now you can choose to print the result per product with this new macro.
Add the new report macro to start using the new inventory result per product.
The administrative section of inventory counting has also been improved. You can now search for specific products to count. The other tab "Search by place" is the same as previously.
VAS products handling mark
Improvement | Picking | Requires support to activate: NO |
---|
During picking of VAS products, personnel now clearly see handling marks added for specific VAS products and orders.
Use products labels for receiving
New feature | Receiving | Requires support to activate: YES |
---|
When receiving goods, you now have the option to generate labels for each individual product instead of generating one label for the pallet. The system will automatically generate the same number of labels as receiving products. This method may be suitable for those who have few products per pallet where value is added to have each individual product labeled instead of the pallet.
Do you want to use product labels when receiving goods? Contact Customer support to change the template for the label from pallet to product when receiving goods.
API / Integrations

Improvement | API | Requires support to activate: NO |
---|
