and New feature | Order Management | Requires support to active: NO |

With previous code N Orders are sent from from Extend Commerce Backend to different warehouse systems when it is time to pick the order. But sometimes, changes has to be made to the order after it has been sent to the warehouse sysemsystem. Previously we have used a code N for sending back orders from the warehouse system to to Extend Commerce Backend in order for those changes to be made. With this code N, the order would after a time (depending on your sync setup) automatically be reserved once again and be sent back to the warehouse for picking. This was creating confusing amongst those using the Ongoing warehouse system together with with Extend Commerce Backend as the window would depend on the synchronization settings for your standard integration, making it hard to define the amount of time you had to make changes to the order before it was reserved again by the system. With code M We therefore introduce the code M between Ongoing and and Extend Commerce Backend. When changes has to be made to an order, it will now be sent back with the code M instead of code N for this integration. The code M means that the order has to be manually handled by a user before it can be sent back to Ongoing. The system will no longer automatically reserve the order and send it to picking. Orders will be locked in in Extend Commerce Backend, flagged with a locked reservation flag and will stay in in Extend Commerce Backend until a user tells the system that it now can reserve the order again. These orders can be found in the Search order row page through the filter "Wait reservation". After making your changes, you have to here release this flag by selecting the order's rows and select "Release locked reservation" in the pop up to enable the system to once again reserve the order and send it to picking.
