With this release we welcome our new product page. What's new: - You can search by advanced search or table search. If you know the product you are looking for, simply use the table search and find your product instantly. Use advanced search if you need to filter your search in different ways to find what you are looking for.
- You can search for created date of products in the advanced search
- The product category search tab has been integrated with the product search
- Inactive products are no longer shown in the result. If you'd like to include them, use the checkbox "Include inactive products"
- If masterdata status settings for expected data is not used, products masterdata status will now be set to complete.
- We have rearranged fields in the basic data tab to better group related fields. For example, you will now find a product's different category selections under "Categories" in this tab. Statistical categories have been moved into this section.
- Hide fields on the basic data page that is not applicable to your business. Define which fields to hide in the Visibility settings page.
- Products which you can connect to a product (product replacements, alternatives, accessories and spare parts) have gotten a combined "Connected products" page where you easily can connect these to your product.
- If a product has the product handling "Base product" (i.e. it serves as a base for different variants), the menu to define its variants will be shown. Variants menu will not be shown for any other product.
- We have moved product texts into Extend Backend and can now be found for each product under "Product texts". Previously these could only be found in the Extend Webshop.

Product search Masterdata status & settings
Masterdata status checks if there are any expected masterdata values or field values. You define expected masterdata under Masterdata settings, and expected field values in Visibility settings. The status will be set to complete if none of these are specified. If specified, the status will first be set to incomplete. A scheduled job will then set products to complete if they fill your set requirements. There may be special occurances where there is a need to resend an invoice to an external system, although the invoice already has been send. We have therefore implemented the possibility to do this by resetting the export flag on the invoice. You can perform this action when editing an invoice in the invoice list. As this should only be performed in certain instances, this feature demands special rights. Info |

When booking an order you can now through the product search feature search for products by GTIN / EAN number. In the table you will now find four different columns displaying the different GTIN / EAN numbers available per unit for the products. You can show or hide these columns by pressing the cog wheel icon in the table. You add the GTIN / EAN numbers to a product through the product menu. We have made improvements on new pages in regard to screen responsiveness. It is now possible to use bigger and wider screen sizes, such as curved wide screens. With this change, we have also made changes to utilize more of the space available for all screen sizes, which for examples enable thes users with bigger screens to add more columns to tables, creating a better experience. |
