All reports on one page
We make it easier to find and generate reports on our new report page in the Reports menu. Here we have gathered all reports in one and the same place. All financial reports previously found under the Finance menu has been moved here together with the standard and client specific reports earlier found under the Reports menu. To make it easier to find relevant reports, we have added different tags on each report to reflect the report's content. You can read the descriptioon of the report in the table, but also in the pop up after you have selected a report to generate. The filter options for the report is found under the same pop up. Select filters and generate report by pressing "Export". This new page will in affect archive the old report pages.

New excise duty report
A new report is available for excise duty reporting. The new report groups entries depending on if it concerns Sweden, EU or non-EU. The report has been created primarily for Swedish companies and has therefore been named "Excise duty report - Sweden". Our regular standard report "Excise duty - selected period" is available as usual. Both reports can be found in our new report page. |

Order delivery updates are now sent to BCC email
Our new function where we send out order delivery updates in case the original delivery date couldn't be met for an order will now also send the update to the BCC email added in the customer's basic data. It will only send to the BCC email when the order delivery update function is set to "Send to customer". It will not send an email to this address if the setting is to "Internal" as internal summary updates are sent to preselected email addresses only. The order delivery update to customers will before be sent to the email added under "Email delivery", alternatively "Email advice". The BCC email then gets the same customer update email.

More information about products are sent to WMS
We now send even more information from XTND Backend to XTND WMS regarding products different packaging and GTIN numbers. Where the information differs is how the data is presented in respective system. In Backend the basic data is added in total product units per packaging unit. In WMS this data is then presented in how many packages this results in. For example, as you see below, we have a total of 240 product units on one pallet, but in each package we have 12 units in each. This means that 20 packages exist in the warehouse on one pallet and this is the data presented in WMS. |

New API for reports
A new part of our API has been created for reporting with the intention to make it easier to fetch data for statistical purposes through the API. The new API can be found under a new structure called "Reports". The methods available differs from the original API which were created for processes while these are created for statistical purposes. This new section will help you to quickly and effectively fetch data. It's very effective even for larger amounts of data and can therefore conviently be used instead of generating files and reports in the user interface. In this new structure you will find 11 methods of the type GET: A throttle is set on how often you you can call the API to one time per minute.

Ongoing & Transport mode
At occurrences where no transport booking has been booked in Ongoing, the system may not get any information regarding the selected transport mode. This results in a standard value being set as transport mode which can misguide customers regarding what transport is actually being used. Now when no new information is given from Ongoing regarding the transport mode, we will make no change of the transport mode. The transport mode the customer has selected when the order was made will be shown unless information is given from Ongoing regarding any updated transport mode. |
